What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the date the package arrives to initiate a return. Please ensure merchandise is returned new, unused and with Willow & Clay tags attached for full refund. Returns postmarked past the 15 day return window will only be eligible for credit.

Can I exchange my purchase for another style, size or color?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time. You can return your order for a refund and place a new order for the style you’d like instead.

When will I get my refund?

Returns are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt of return package. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment for the value of the returned merchandise and any sales tax incurred. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to reflect on your account statement. Refunds will not be made for shipping costs.

Please note:
If your order has been placed Monday-Thursday before 2PM PST for overnight delivery, they will be shipped. However, if your order is placed after 2PM PST the order will be shipped the following business day.
If your order is made after 2PM on a Friday, your order will be shipped the following Monday.
International Shipping
How much does international shipping cost?
We ship all international orders via Fedex International Economy and Fedex International Priority. International shipping fees are generated at check-out and will be based on your shipping address and country.
Are taxes and duties included in my total?
Prices and order totals do not reflect import duties and taxes that will be levied on your shipment. Payment of duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are required for release of your order from customs. Please contact your local customs office for questions regarding the duty fee for your shipment.
What if I refuse my package?
If, for any reason, your package has been refused or rejected at customs, we are unable to refund original shipping costs and/or any taxes and duties incurred on the shipment.
